Hog Wild started in 2006 after owners Chris and Katy Robinson moved to Fort Collins and began their pursuit of bringing quality BBQ to the community. With family roots in North Carolina and Wisconsin, and a long-time quest of finding the best, they know their ˜cue. Slow smoked right out in front of the restaurant using hickory wood, their flavor is delicious.
They have two locations, one here in Fort Collins on Link Lane and after they did so well here, they added another location in Denver on Broadway. Specializing in Carolina Barbecue, they also offer brats (coming from the Wisconsin side) that are cooked with Fort Collins Brewery's Major Tom's Pomegranate Wheat.
